The water keeps moving
A stream above.
Filtration underneath.
Circulation and a filter work together. Water flows through the drinking area and back through the fountain. The filter helps catch everyday fur and debris, while regular water changes and cleaning keep the drinking spot ready for the next visit.
A small part worth looking after
Check the filter when you refill. Use compatible replacements and follow their care instructions to keep the fountain running as intended.
Refill. Refresh. Repeat.
A routine that fits
into your day.
Keep it topped up without making a production of it. Pour clean water into the tray from above, keep an eye on the level, and give the bowl, tray and pump a regular clean.
Always add water before turning on the pump. Disconnect the power before cleaning.

Good questions. Clear answers.
Before their first sip.
How much water does it hold?
The reservoir holds 4 litres, approximately 135 US fluid ounces. Check the water level daily and refresh it regularly; refill frequency depends on how many pets use the fountain and how much they drink.
Does it need to stay plugged in?
Yes. The pump needs a connected power supply to circulate the water. Fill the reservoir before switching it on, and never let the pump run dry.
When should I replace the filter?
Check the filter regularly and replace it according to the instructions for your compatible filter. Water quality, the number of pets and daily use all affect how quickly it needs replacing. Filtration does not replace regular water changes and washing.
What if my cat is unsure at first?
Put the fountain in a calm, familiar spot and let your cat approach at their own pace. Keep their usual water available while they get used to the new drinking spot.

Customer Reviews
Overall rating: 4.9 / 5 from 32 reviews.
it seems to be a well built water fountian and it is very y easy to clean byputting it in the dishwasher only ro Lewis the 4 cats that we have did NOT use it.. not even once when it was leaned ND rinsed before setup out of the box
The product itself is good, it's extremely quite, sadly my cat won't go near it. I'm gonna give it away to someone who's gotta kitten. My cat is 11 1/2 years old, she's set in her ways.
Receipt today is exactly like advertised, very quiet, works real well, very happy
took a couple days but they are now using it. not happy with the cleaning process- detailed can't see inside the reserve tank.
Miss MILLY loves it
The first time i wish i could put in a negative rating I'll be reaching out to the BBB this companies customer service is atrocious i was charged without my authorization for an additional purchase my initial purchase for the water filter came damaged the stainless steel bowl was dented the box it was delivered in had no damage so the company essentially sent me a damaged filter from beginning to end a headache they are now not even answering my emails!
Product is great shipping is terrible.
I love it! It’s practical, clean, and very convenient.
My husband and I love this! First of all, it is absolutely silent, the water flows so smoothly you dont even hear it at all. Our cat took awhile to warm up to it but now she drinks from it freely, great product!
box was crushed in 3 location had a dent i pointed out...POOR PACKAGE....
Took forever to arrive
I love the look of the fountain, my kitten started drinking from it almost immediately, however she is far more interested in the box it came in- this box is now her new favourite thing. One thing I like the most about the KittySpout is how quiet it is when running, this is a plus for me.
I like it, my cat likes it, on the first day she was already drinking on it. The only thing I see like an issue is the filter, the filter no even took a month for me, Im not sure why. And they suppose to gift me a free filter with a cat surprise toy, but I never received. There show me that was refunded when I no ask refund for that, and that no make sense if that was a gift...? The only refund I request was when I see they took some money bc of the subscription, I no notice of it, and that's it, but well anyways this is a great product.
Haven't received it yet. After over a months time
cats love it already. Quick shipping to New Zealand . undamaged so that's a plus. so quite too
They ty enjoy drinking frim kittyspout . Even iur puppies enjouy it.
Live it
My cat drinks so much water now
Took a couple weeks before this shipped, but the water fountain my cats have come to enjoy.
I wush the product was chargeable and didnt need constant power source. Overall is a good product
Nice products but the package was damaged.
So much more healthier than the cheap plastic fountains on the market. She drinks more water now.
Did not work when plugged in. Came very late
Cat doesnt use it :/
Absolutely great!
Nothing, all was more than I expected. My cats and dogs thought it was great too.
The box came to me beaten but other then that its quite and my cats use it often.
Awesome took forever to get here but great product
Under the impression that the USB cord was only to charge the water spout. Not be the main source to operate it, its a hazard! The USB adapter burns up hot after 10 minutes being on. Worst product!!
Took a long time to arrive and cat seems initially bemused.
Honestly good product but subscription fees are hidden so make sure your not subscribed when you buy. Shipping also took a month after they claimed only a 10 day delay.
